I have celiac disease so going out to eat something is always a risk for me. But not here! I visited this place on a Sunday evening with my girlfriend. We were the only customers in the restaurant. The moment we entered the restaurant the very friendly cook welcomed us. A few moments later just after we sat down we immediately got served fresh bread with olive oil. After I explained that I cannot eat gluten it only took a few minutes and bam - oven fresh gluten free bread, and it was quite good! The cook really seemed to love his job, he explained the menu to us with great passion. Communication was a bit a problem since we cannot speak Italian, but he was able to speak a bit English and German. The waiter was also very attentive and could speak German even better. In the end we decided for a mixed seafood plate. It was really fresh and tasted amazing, the portions were huge . We were a bit surprised by the bill, because it was much higher than expected. But this was not because the restaurant itself is expensive, but because of the communication problem and we ordered something off the menu - we should have asked beforehand. In the end we got a myrt liquor on the house. Most importantly I was not sick after eating, so the cook really knew how to prepare gluten free food. All in all this restaurant was really great, tasty food and great service, and we will definitely come again!
